What you can expect Our client is a prominent financial marketplace operating across multiple countries in Europe. It facilitates the trading of various financial instruments such as stocks, derivatives, commodities, and exchange-traded funds. What you will be doing Supervising infrastructure maintenance utilizing standardized procedures and automated tools. Managing provisioning and maintenance across all areas to ensure appropriate network solutions and controls within the infrastructure environment. Contributing to infrastructure and business projects to determine the most efficient network architecture. Leading the upkeep of network solutions to facilitate the effective management of business and technical requirements. Generating detailed Low-Level Design documentation and coordinating with other team members accordingly. Overseeing 3rd party suppliers to ensure operational effectiveness and influencing design decisions for maximum business benefit from the network infrastructure. Handling operational vendor relationships. Developing test plans. Providing second-line support for network infrastructure (Data Centers and offices). What you will bring Possessing an Engineering Degree. Demonstrating at least 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles. Holding certification in Juniper JNCIP or Cisco CCNP (CCNA may be considered). Having an understanding of Data Center Infrastructure. Experience in MPLS VPN design and implementation. Embracing a security-oriented mindset. Proficient in network trace analysis in critical and complex environments. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Experience with Change Management processes (ITIL).
