MissãoComo Payroll & Billing Trainee, serás responsável por dar apoio ao processamento salarial e respetiva faturação de uma carteira de clientes da área de Trabalho Temporário, garantindo assim o pagamento e envio dos recibos de remuneração, ao mesmo tempo que asseguras os procedimentos legais inerentes.
Requisitos para SucessoLicenciatura: na área de Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Gestão, Contabilidade ou Finanças.Planeamento e Organização: Resistência à pressão, cumprindo prazos de pagamento e entrega.Capacidade de Adaptação: Lidar com situações inesperadas e trabalhar com diferentes programas como Excel e GTT.Capacidade de Análise: Analisar dados e apresentar soluções exequíveis para problemas diversos.Trabalho em Equipa: Integrar numa equipa com um espírito de entreajuda forte, dividindo tarefas e ajudando os colegas.BenefíciosProporcionamos benefícios ao nível da saúde física e mental, formação inicial e contínua, medidas que visam a conciliação da vida pessoal e familiar e ainda possibilidade de desenvolvimento de carreira nacional e internacional.
