A Randstad Professionals é a unidade de negócio do Grupo Randstad, direccionada para o recrutamento de Middle & Top Management. Estamos a recrutar um/a Travel Consultant - incoming.responsabilidades chaveApresentação de propostas de serviços, cotações e itinerários de viagem ajustados às necessidades de cada cliente;Garantir as reservas e contratação de serviços solicitados pelos clientes (desde o avião, transfers, hotéis, spa´s, restaurantes ou outros);Informar o cliente da documentação necessária para garantir a reserva dos serviços solicitados;Cumprimento dos processos e procedimentos de assistência ao cliente pré, durante e pós-viagem;Gestão da carteira de clientes, fornecedores e/ou parceiros, mantendo um acompanhamento frequente, atento ao que são as suas necessidades demonstrando assim a sua preocupação com a experiência positiva do cliente;Arquivo e tratamento de informação relativa a estas tarefas acima mencionadas, incluindo - testemunhos de clientes, anotações sobre parceiros utilizados, fichas de cliente e fornecedor.competênciasLicenciatura em Gestão, Turismo ou similar;Experiência em funções similares;Fluente em Inglês (oralidade e escrita);Orientação para o cliente, atenção ao detalhe e rigor;Capacidade de gestão de tempo, prioridades e organização;Criatividade, empatia e proatividade;principais benefíciosEstabilidade;Desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional;Bom ambiente de trabalho;Regime Flexível (3 dias em teletrabalho; 2 dias no escritório).
