Our head office is based in Paris.OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLES We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Property Accountant to be part of the ongoing transformation of our asset management team. Based in Lisbon, this permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work in an international fast-paced environment, where you will play a pivotal role in the financial management of our real estate portfolio. Role description is described but not limited to the following:YOUR MISSIONS Develop effective working relationships with the operational departments, asset and property managers, accounting teams and other key business stakeholders.Support asset management team with administrative tasks such as property registrationManage tenant billing for charges and rentsSupport the annual service charge reconciliations and ensure that agreed deadlines are metFollow the unpaid rents and manage bad dept procedures and reportingDevelop into a Subject Matter Expert in Property Accounting processes and act as backup to other future property accountants.Use Yardi software for property accounting and financial reporting tasks.YOUR PROFILDiploma and experienceBachelor's degree in accounting or financeMinimum of 1 year of experience in property accounting or real estate accountingExperience reviewing bank statements, preparing reconciliations, and investigating variancesExperience with YARDI ERP is a great assetExperience working with commercial properties is a strong assetAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelCompetenciesProactivity, curiosity and autonomyComprehensive understanding of real estate accounting principles and regulations.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and adaptability.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Fluent in EnglishFrench knowledge is a plusJOINING US An innovative, entrepreneurial project in a profitable company with the resources to match its ambitionsA dynamic, friendly and supportive international working environmentCentral location with great accessesHigh-performance work tools adapted to individual needsPartial remote up to 2 days a weekNumerous events and opportunities for sharing throughout the yearInternal career development and personalised trainingOUR AMBITION, OUR DNA Our Group is owned by its managers: its capital is 100% owned by several of them.
