What you will do in this role As a Customer Support Agent, you will:
You are the voice of our company – the direct link to our customersTake care of our German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channelsSupport competently our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and serviceWork on the optimisation of all processes related to our customersConstantly increase the happiness of our merchantsWork with other departments together, for example, Sales and MarketingYou will be part of an international and multilingual teamConcentrix is a great match if you:
