Optimize the usage of factory capacity in line with market requirements and supplier capabilities to service global demand.Work across functions to solve planning and purchasing related issues, identify risks and opportunities, and mitigate potential delays.Key Responsibilities:Execute the buy decisions in line with the supply plan and respecting Market SLA's.Execute order release of global demand to the supply base.Independently run business control process for the relevant area; prepare input for market availability projections. Support buy review with market SCM providing market availability projections. Execute risk mitigating actions via demand and PO management.Responsible for Supply Review with relevant Liaison Office (LO) to ensure optimized use of capacity, understand supply constraints, delivery performance development, and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place.Support level loading execution for respective area i.E. Pre-seasonal activities, Contracts and Pull forward process (PF) etc.Process ownership; responsible for documentation, testing, and enhancement of a specific business process. Support implementation of projects within the area of responsibility and contribute to system & process improvements, aligning and prioritizing cross divisionally/cross brand where possible to enhance operational efficiency.Act as the first point of contact for the process-related issues and escalations.Acting as the backup for the Team Lead if needed.Key Relationships:Liaison Offices (LO's)Market SCMPlanning Services & BPMGBSKnowledge Skills and Abilities:Service-minded and consumer/customer oriented.Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems.Team player and effective collaborator.Ability to communicate effectively.Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced MS Excel skills) and SAP.Knowledge and experience in Power BI are a plus.Fluent in English, additional language is a plus.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems.
