As a QA Automation, what are you going to do? Deliver the planned testing activities within their Agile workstream. This includes working with Senior QA Engineers to promote best QA practices within the Product team, whilst creating and maintaining test automation scripts. We use a range of tooling to create a culture of continuous testing: Selenium, SpecFlow, C#, Jenkins, GitLab; Participate in a DevOps learning and collaborative culture (QA Guilds, Communities of Practice); Deliver non-functional test requirements: always test the full customer experience (stress, load, usability, security, scalability, security); Deliver testing strategies for new missions, ensuring alignment within the agile team; Build and maintain "on-demand" Quality reporting with JIRA and Xray; use automated dashboards to share Key Performance Indicators; Coach Junior QA Engineers on QA best practices, specifically test automation and CI/CD tooling, to continuously improve the "Test First" mentality using the "Test Pyramid" theory. What are the skills and professional experience we're expecting from you?
