Job Description
As a Cyber Security Risk and Awareness Expert, you will drive the development of business impact assessments, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and champion cyber security awareness and education initiatives across the organization. You will also contribute to global cyber security projects, leveraging your creative ideas and expertise to make a meaningful impact.
In your new role you will:
Develop and refine quantitative business impact assessment (BIA) methodologiesModerate or facilitate BIA interviews with information asset ownersSupport and train stakeholders involved in the BIA processImprove our cyber security training and education program by raising awareness and empowering our employees by developing communication strategies, and ensuring consistent messaging across various channelsContribute with your own creative ideas on new awareness concepts, campaigns and/or events and make a real impact by organizing, executing and/or supporting all kind of awareness activitiesParticipate and support cyber and information security GE projects within multinational teams.Your Profile
You have a hands-on approach to work and are able to take responsibility for your own area of expertise. You have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude and are able to establish a successful collaboration with people across different levels and functions of the organization. Moreover, you have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge and providing guidance to others.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A degree in Business Informatics, Communications, Digital Learning or an equivalent qualificationAt least 2 or more years of experience in cyber security, data analysis, communications or other similar experiencesAn affection for analyzing data and business processes and their interrelationshipsDistinct moderation or facilitation and communication skills as well as creative thinkingUnderstanding of human behavior and psychologyExperience in planning, developing and executing cyber security awareness campaignsKnowledge of quantitative risk management process (e.g. FAIR) is a plusWeb programming skills and/or tools like GIMP is an advantageFluency in English – German knowledge is a plus.Please send us your CV in English.
