Terás como missão acompanhar o início da implementação da ferramenta de Order Management Systems (OMS) - Slots Management Systems e Picking, juntamente com a equipa de Digital. De uma coisa podes ter a certeza, diversidade de responsabilidades e desafios é algo que não vai faltar O teu dia a dia será preenchido por: Acompanhar e absorver o conhecimento funcional dos produtos em fase de implementação, compreendendo as suas regras, integrações e limitações, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com as equipas de desenvolvimento e stakeholders; Garantir que as soluções tecnológicas propostas atendem de forma eficiente às necessidades funcionais e estratégicas do negócio; Gerir a mudança, garantindo a formação e a adoção da nova ferramenta nas diversas áreas da organização; Assegurar as atividadesinerentes ao pós-go live (backlog do produto, interação com diferentes stakeholders, continuidade de desenvolvimento do produto, monitorização da performance e usabilidade). Se tens… Experiência prévia como Product Owner ou em posições relacionadas (ex. Business Analyst, Project Manager, etc.) e em projetos de IT, gestão da mudança e adoção de novas tecnologias; Sólidos conhecimentos em gestão de produtos e metodologias ágeis; Capacidade de entender regras de negócio, integrações sistemas e limitações técnicas; Bom domínio da língua inglesa.
