Participo ativamente na construção e operacionalização da estratégia de Compensação e de Benefícios, em linha com os drivers da Empresa, com a estratégia do Desafio Humano, as tendências de mercado e a escuta cliente Implemento os processos e procedimentos de suporte à estratégia de Compensação e Benefícios, em linha com as tendências de mercado e a sua melhoria contínua Conduzo estudos salariais e analiso os reports e benchmark salarial, propondo soluções de melhoria alinhadas com a estratégia da empresa e que promovam a equidade interna e a competitividade externa das práticas salariais Trabalho o EVP da área de Compensação e Benefícios, para assegurar o posicionamento como empregador de referência no segmento de mercado de referência Desenvolvo o pacote de benefícios, contribuindo para a atração e retenção de talento Preparo, produzo e atualizo indicadores relacionados com Compensação e Benefícios, monitorizando e controlando a fiabilidade e qualidade dos dados e produzindo as análises necessárias de suporte à tomada de decisão pelos diferentes intervenientes Acompanho o cliente interno na utilização e interpretação da informação de Indicadores de CompBen, promovendo uma cultura data-driven Participo na definição, implementação e gestão de cada projeto da área, garantindo prazos, rentabilidade e entrega com qualidade dentro do âmbito do projeto.
O que procuramos em ti?
Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em função similar Habilitações académicas ao nível da licenciatura Boas competências de comunicação Forte orientação para os resultados Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipa Espírito de iniciativa, crítico e de empreendedorismo Capacidade analítica e atenção ao detalhe, Bons Conhecimentos de Inglês.
