Job Description Main tasks to be covered: ESG and sustainability in purchasing, particularly the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Enhancing purchasing processes to adhere to internal company guidelines and global legal standards, while also addressing additional regulations like the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) when necessary Take over the development of a PU sustainability strategy (incl.
Roadmap) and corresponding KPIs for monitoring services Responsible for (further) development of necessary ESG  IT system landscapes Implementing comprehensive sustainable risk analyses of the supplier base, focusing on ESG factors Responsible for the development and implementation of training for internal and external stakeholders and support in the preparation of reports and reporting Qualifications What distinguishes you: Successfully completed commercial, technical or legal degree or a comparable training Several years of experience in purchasing/logistics as well as in the management of supply chains Ideally, you have already knowledge of sustainability in purchasing Affinity for legal or regulatory tasks and the preparation of reports You have a strong communication and networking capability Your way of thinking is analytical and proactive, your way of working is structured and solution-oriented You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, SAP, data analytics and power BI Business skills in English complete your profile Additional Information Work #LikeABosch includes: Flexible work conditions | Hybrid work system | Exchange with colleagues around the world | Health insurance and medical office on site (nutrition, psychology, physiotherapy, general clinic) | Training opportunities (p.e., technical training, foreign languages training) & certifications | Access to great discounts in partnerships and Bosch products | Sports and health related activities (gym) | Free parking lot | Canteen Success stories don´t just happen.
