Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be: Helping clients with incoming issuesEnsuring high quality customer serviceProviding necessary informationReaching out proactivelyRecording data in the CRM systemImproving customer satisfactionAccurate and efficient problem solvingBeing a real team playerSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level of Dutch and B2/C1 level of EnglishKnowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can createArticulate & communicativeAvailable for 6 months - 1 yearBeing a real team player and committed to your workExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleLiving in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguese work permit (required)What's in it for you?
