Here's what our recruitment process looks like:Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for youInterviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunitiesCase study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. However, please know that we always put ourselves in the candidate's shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience.We look forward to meeting you Job description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant to join our team at Amaris Consulting. This is an opportunity for individuals with a minimum 2 years of experience having the following requirements:Experience working with specific Modules: Performance, Onboarding, Recruiting, Employee-Central.Demonstrated ability to configure and customize these modules according to client needs.Adept at identifying issues and implementing effective solutions within the SAP SF environment.Proven track record of successful project delivery within given timelines and budgets.Possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.Excellent communication skills in English; both written and verbal are required as you will be liaising directly with clients regularly.This role offers a unique chance to work on challenging projects while developing your expertise in SAP Success Factors. We encourage those who have the right mix of experience, drive, and passion for technology consulting to applyAbout You The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys problem-solving tasks related to IT systems configuration, especially within the realm of SAP Success Factors.
