Partnering with the assigned SBU and their Global Strategic Design Agency, the Brand Design Expert brings Zone/Market brand understanding to guide finalization of Brand Identity and Packaging Design System, and ensures Zones and Markets embrace and adapt global standards and develop Brand Identity and Packaging that reflect the SBU/GMB strategy.The key purpose is to act as design expert to advise SBU, Zone and Market stakeholders accelerate design excellence across key identity and packaging touchpoints with greater efficacy and resulting improved effectiveness.The Brand Design Expert will also support the operationalization of Brand Design as governed by the Nestlé Design Excellence Standard, partnering with preferred Agencies, leveraging Nestlé Global Solutions (e.G., Content Hub, Brand Portal guidelines, and Design to Delivery/D2D), and where relevant, identifying appropriate IBS Design Services.
