Multilingual Customer Service Officer (German / Italian) Remote (Northern Portugal) Are you based in  Northern Portugal  and looking for a dynamic opportunity with an international company?
We are currently seeking a  Multilingual Customer Service Officer  fluent in  German or Italian  to join our team in a fully remote role.

Your Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service  in  German or Italian  via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints  quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work closely with various teams to provide  effective and timely solutions  to customers' needs.
Document customer interactions  accurately and follow up to ensure full resolution of any outstanding issues.
Provide  valuable feedback  to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
Be the  go-to expert  for customer queries, offering clear, helpful, and informative responses.
What Were Looking For: Language Skills:  Fluent in German or Italian  (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in  English  is also required for internal communication.
? Experience:  Previous experience in customer service and  sales mandatory Customer-Centric:  You have a  positive attitude , a  solution-focused mindset , and the ability to handle challenges with care and professionalism.
Tech-Savvy:  Comfortable using  CRM systems  and other customer service tools to assist customers efficiently.
Location:   This position is for candidates already based in Northern Portugal .
We are  not offering relocation support  for this role.
