Description
Service Manager / Service Management. The role will require the full involvement in all aspects of Project Delivery acting as a facilitator and using the resources available. Strong Service Management, Commercial and 3rd Party Management skills are necessary.

Daily Tasks

Monitoring and follow-up of end customer services/projects;
Identifying the need for updates, migrations, and upgrades;
Working closely with external/internal teams and service providers;
Managing communication with the end customer;
Preparing RCA and incidents reports;
Promoting process improvements.

Requirements
+5 years of experience;
Degree in IT or similar;
Experience as a Service Manager;
Knowledge of Data Center solutions (plus);
ITIL V4 certification (plus);
Knowledge and experience with ITSM;
Proficiency in English;
Proficiency using tools such as Confluence and JIRA;
Excellent communication skills.

Must have skills: experience as a Service Manager;

Top 5 Skills: resilience, good teamwork and communication skills, knowledge of ITSM, experience as a Service Manager;

Profile: B1/B2;

Type of project: Service Manager of Data Center solutions;

Additional notes: available to Hybrid model (70% remote) based in Porto or Lisbon (mandatory).

English level: C1.
