Descrição: Are you looking for a new professional challenge and interested in working in a multicultural call center environment?Vertente Humana, Human Resources Company, is currently recruiting Hungarian Customer Support Agents.- Perform and Receive phone calls to Small and Medium Companies in several countries to schedule the collecting of customer equipment;- Provide information and answer questions.Working schedule: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.Days off: Saturday and SundayLocalization: Lisbon (Areeiro) Requisitos: What are we looking for?• Hungarian Speakers• Fluent level in English• Responsible, good listener, diplomatic and assertive.• Available to start in 1 to 3 weeks (considering the starting dates)• Flexibility in the schedules• Customer orientation.• Good computer skills.
