A Randstad Professional, em parceria com a Chupa Chups e no âmbito do reforço estratégico das suas equipas e dinamização do negócio, encontra-se a recrutar Sales Representative para o canal Off Trade em Setúbal, tendo em vista o reforço da estrutura comercial.Responsabilidades ChaveCom reporte direto ao Area Field Manager, este profissional terá como principais responsabilidades:Planeamento eficaz das rotas e da atividade comercial diária, de acordo com os requisitos do negócio, estratégia da marca, potencial e rentabilidade dos clientes e com as orientações estabelecidas pelo Area Field Manager; Cumprimento de atividades in-store de modo a maximizar o consumo do produto, recorrendo a ferramentas de trade marketing; Monitorização eavaliação das ações da concorrência, da evolução das tendências de mercado, bem como das necessidades dos clientes e do negócio; Análise e report dos indicadores relativos ao mercado/pontos de venda afetos à sua responsabilidade; Formação, quando necessário, de equipas internas e externas sobre os produtos, promoções, metodologia e discurso de venda; Participação ativa e proativa na implementação de ações de melhoria da gestão e ações especiais propostas pela Administração.CompetênciasFormação ao nível de licenciatura, preferencialmente nas Áreas de Gestão, Marketing ou similares; Experiência profissional na área comercial, com funções de vendas diretas/indiretas e gestão de clientes, preferencialmente no setor de FMCG; Elevada orientação comercial/perfil de terreno que assegure um acompanhamento efetivo e eficaz do seu mercado e clientes; Competências degestão, planeamento, inovação, orientação para objetivos e desenvolvimento de negócio; Nível básico/intermédio de conversação em inglês; Agilidade informática ao nível de CRM e Ferramentas Office.Principais BenefíciosDisponibilidade para se deslocar por toda a área geográfica atribuída; Deslocações ao escritório, armazém ou outros locais a definir, sempre que necessário.#J-18808-Ljbffr
