To help us build a pain-free world, powered by technology, enhanced by people — accessible to all. The AI Team The main goal of the AI Team is to leverage AI and ML to provide high-quality clinical care at unprecedented levels of personalization and scale.
In this regard, in close collaboration with the clinical team, we develop ML-powered features that identify the best course of action for each patient at any given moment or circumstance whilst employing a holistic perspective but also contemplating any relevant nuance.
We also work on ensuring the overall experience is as close as possible to a 1:1 session with a Physical Therapist and thus play a crucial role in enabling the AI Care provided by Sword.
Examples of this are projects like "Phoenix" and all the decision support systems that empower our Physical Therapists to provide world-class care to our members.
What you'll be doing: Contribute to designing, building, evaluating, shipping, and improving Sword's products through hands-on AI/ML development;Develop and maintain data processing pipelines for getting the data required to build and evaluate models;Share your knowledge and experience of how to build ML systems.What you need to have: Less than 2 years of professional experience;Experience in SQL and Python;Knowledge of Python data stack (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn, etc);Ability to learn quickly and dive deep into new problems and fields;Ability to communicate concepts clearly and interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;Critical thinking & self-direction: aware of the team's direction and goals, you prioritize and solve issues accordingly.Fluent in English, written and spoken.What we would love to see: Experience working in a fast-paced environment and wearing different hats;Experience building data processing pipelines.The interview process: 30-minute call with the recruiter;30-minute call with an initial screener;1 take-home assignment (to be delivered within 1 week);1h general skills and working principles interview;1h mindset and cultural fit interview.€23,938 - €33,938 a year
Base: € 19,000 - € 28,500 Variable: € 1,000 - € 1,500 Net equity value per year: € 3,938 These compensation bands are just the starting point.
Once someone joins and proves they're outlier talent, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact.
Our job titles may span more than one career level.
Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors.
Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company's estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable.
The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
