German Customer Service Agent in Lisbon Join us in Lisbon We seek a dynamic Customer Service Support Agent fluent in German (C2) and English (B2). Provide top-tier support, relocate with a great package, and grow your career in Lisbon Job Title: Customer Service Support Agent- German Location: Lisbon, Portugal Languages Required: German (C2 level), English (B2 level) Job Description: About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our customer service team in Lisbon. As a Customer Service Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, delivering top-notch support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in German. Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and other support-related questions. Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. Contribute to a positive customer experience and satisfaction. Requirements: Proficiency in German at a C2 level (native or near-native fluency). Proficiency in English at a B2 level (conversational fluency). Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Good multitasking and time-management skills. Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal. Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
