Capacidade de desenhar e implementar soluções de alta disponibilidade.
Analisar o ambiente dos clientes com foco na melhoria da eficiência através das práticas de DevOps.
Capacidade de criar roadmaps de adoção de DevOps baseado nas necessidades dos clientes.
Contribuição em iniciativas de transformação digital e melhoria de processos organizacionais.
Domínio de ferramentas como Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform, Kubernetes, ou similares.
Capacidade de aprovisionamento e gestão de infraestrutura em cloud (Azure, AWS, ou GCP).
Capacidade de criar plataformas internas: developer portals (Backstage, port, Openshift developer hub ou similares) e/ou ferramentas self - service.
Conhecimento de segurança com foco nas boas práticas em pipelines e na infraestrutura (DevSecOps).
Experiência em monitorização, logging e troubleshooting através de ferramentas como Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, ou equivalentes.
Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis.
Mentoria e desenvolvimento de equipes técnicas, promovendo um ambiente de aprendizagem contínua.
Inglês proficiente (B2).
Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática ou similar.
Certificações em cloud e/ou outras relevantes para DEVOPS.
