What is this role?Join our dynamic team as a Senior Product Manager specializing in the partner side of Bounce. This role requires a visionary product manager who can shape and execute product strategy, conduct insightful research, and lead the discovery of innovative solutions. What you'll be doing?Product Strategy - Partner Experience. Develop and refine the product strategy for the customer side of our platform, aligning with the broader business objectives.Quantitative and Qualitative Research. Lead comprehensive research initiatives, employing both quantitative and qualitative methods to gain deep insights into partner needs, behaviors, and market trends. Translate research findings into actionable product recommendations to enhance the partner experience.Product Discovery. Drive the product discovery process, working closely with cross-functional teams and our customers to identify opportunities, define problems, and propose creative solutions.Data-Driven Decision Making. Utilize AB tests and other methods to validate product improvements and iterations, making informed decisions to enhance the overall customer experience.Collaboration and Communication. Collaborate seamlessly with design, engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment with the demand-focused product strategy.Stakeholder Management.
