Job Description
The role is responsible for supporting the definition, implementation and monitoring Information Security & Compliance best practices and requirements across the entire Digital Office. This role will be supporting the day-to-day operations around operational security delivery, risk and compliance.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
The security delivery analyst will be responsible for:
Development and maintenance of security policies/processes which support Digital Office development and operational activities, including assurance and compliance against Nokia's group security SOP's and certifications (e.g. ISO 27001)
Support and coordination of security services provided by third-party suppliers within the Digital Office organization
Support every security audit and certification that includes Digital Office security operations in scope
Coordinate with Nokia's Group Security the monitoring of vulnerabilities evolution and risk-driven patch management status
Support risk management and remediation of operational compliance non-conformities inside Digital Office
Pro-active identification of weak security controls by conducting security reviews on the Digital Office operations and practices to improve security posture and maturity
Support security initiatives such as tabletop exercises and disaster recovery of critical business applications and infrastructure
Supports business stakeholders to improve their security posture by defining the present risk level, setting the standard which risk is acceptable and defining remediation actions
Identify security needs, assess solutions and make suggestions for improvement and prepare the necessary steps so that these needs can be timely addressed.
To ensure Nokia information is protected in line with the Nokia Information Security Policy, done in a cost-effective and innovative way bringing value, through simplification, standardization and homogenization
Engage colleagues to develop proposals to improve security policy adherence, reduce security technical debt and simplify Nokia's landscape
Support for security initiatives in line with the Digital Office security roadmap
Lead internal and external meetings related to Digital Office security posture and adoption of best practices.
Key Skills And Experience
1 to 3 years as IT security professional with solid technical background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with an emphasis in Information security or a related field, or equivalent experience
ISO 27001 LI/LA Certified and ISO 22301 is a plus
Cloud Experience (GCP, Azure and AWS)
Enterprise compute and end user security experience
Good communication skills at all levels
Good presentation skills
Proficient in English
