THE TEAM The PMO team is a newly established team that will be responsible for helping to define and deliver Luxclusif's strategic priorities by leading the annual planning and OKR processes, managing a portfolio of cross-functional, high-impact projects, and providing strategic advice to business areas.  PORTO Our office is near Porto, in the north of Portugal, and is located in a vibrant business hub. THE ROLE As a PMO Associate at Luxclusif you will report to the Head of PMO. You will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic projects that will positively shape the future of Luxclusif, in addition to supporting the annual budget and OKR planning processes. The role will be very cross-functional and focussed on managing high-impact initiatives, so we are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal, project management and critical thinking skills. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo to ensure the best outcome for a project, but who does so in a collaborative and diplomatic way and ensures that all key stakeholders are brought along on the journey
