Supply Chain Security Professional @ Nokia

Third parties play a critical role in supporting key business functions and sharing information with them is an essential part of the daily operation. By doing so, the chance that a threat event will be initiated successfully increases and inappropriate controls at the third-party side might impact the viability of Nokia business.
The Supply Chain Security Professional plays a crucial role in assisting the Third-Party Security Risk Manager to assess supplier risks across various domains in collaboration with business stakeholders. Additionally, will drive the definition and adoption of Supply Chain Security strategies and best practices.
As part of our team, you will:
Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to Supply Chain Security realmCreate a close relationship with the business counterparts and cross-functional teams (e.g. Procurement, Legal, Strategy and Technology)Define and continuously enhance the supply chain risk management methodologyCollaborate closely with other Group Security domains to monitor and adapt to the evolving threat landscape, ensuring comprehensive protection and proactive risk management of security risks posed by suppliers.Provide guidance on the implementation of policies, standards, practices, and processes to ensure Suppliers operate to a consistent baselineReport status of supply chain security risks and mitigation progress to different stakeholders within Group Security and Business GroupsLead identification & mitigation of security risks in supply chainSupport incident management activities in case of a security breach with suppliersMaintain Supply Chain Security internal and external documentationEnhance and oversee third-party security assessments, audits, and due diligence processes for new and existing suppliers, ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).Establish key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure third-party security effectiveness.Plan and conduct security awareness training for internal stakeholders from sourcing and supply chain on supply chain cybersecurity threats and best practices.Support the business teams and central functions teams in becoming compliant with the Nokia Security Policies.The Supply Chain Security Professional shall meet the following requirements:
Strong business acumenCompliance, assurance and security expertise at an enterprise and global scale.Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001; ISO/IEC 27002; ISO 31000; NIST CSF; COBIT 5; CIS Controls and ISF The Standard of Good Practice for Information Security.Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience in security, security supply chain job.Degree in computer science or related technical field. Cybersecurity, information assurance or information security specializations are a bonus.Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal directionExcellent oral and written communication skills (using Business English) to convey complex security concepts to diverse audiences throughout Nokia's organization.It would be nice if you also had:
Data analytics technologies & methodologies and reporting techniques.ISACA (CRISC/CISM) and/or ISC2 (CISSP) certifications, otherwise the ability to work toward obtaining certifications related to the role of Third-Party Security Expert.Knowledge of network security, networking concepts and architectural implementations.Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
