Our IT Division (Group Information Technology) is looking for his/her OT Cyber Security Team Leader to be based in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal.Ready for challenges that matter?
As our OT Cyber Security Team Leader your main mission is to manage the internal OT Cyber Security team to safeguard critical infrastructure and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) by ensuring their secure operation within FORVIA's OT Security Team.
You will ensure projects, daily operations, management and processes.
You will also ensure proper responsiveness and efficiency of the team.
The main missions of the role are to: Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security testing.Analyze system architecture, network traffic, and logs to identify weaknesses.Implement security controls and develop incident response plans.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Collobarate with necessary teams to design secure system architectures for critical infrastructureSupport in implementation of central security measures like intrusion detection systems Ensure reliable security operations in OT/ICS environments.Support in mitigation and resolving of security incidents promptly.The ideal candidate will be/have:Experience "OT Cyber Security" hands-on experienceExtended knowledge of state of the art network- and CyberSecurity-standards and technologies including firewall virtualtizationKnowledge of IT/OT cybersecurity standards and tools (ISOx, , etc) are advantageous Knowledge of industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC).Familiarity with SCADA systems and PLCsStrong understanding of OT systems, ICS, and their security requirements.Understanding of the current threat landscape and adversary tactic, techniques and proceduresExperience in the build and the operation ("Operations")Skills and competencies CuriosityAnalytical Eager to travel (position requires a high amount of traveling) Passionate for cyber security and/or OTNatural motivation to integrate multi disciplany international IT teamsStress tolerance, Methodology, rigorStrong written and oral communication skillsTeamworkService orientedVery good level of English mandatoryWillingness for regular business travels We believe people matterFORVIA is an equal opportunity employer.
