Localisation Producer

.Scopely is looking for a Producer - Localisation to join our Star Trek Fleet Command game in Ireland, Spain, Portugal or the UK on a hybrid or remote basis. What You Will Do This role will drive quality and efficiency in localised game updates, acting as a central liaison between development, live operations, and global localisation partners across Dublin, Barcelona, and LA. Representing international players within the development team, you'll ensure their experiences are prioritized. Responsibilities include reporting progress, identifying risks, and tracking localisation quality. Ideal candidates will have a background in localisation and outsourcing, with strong communication and stakeholder skills. Reporting to the Senior Producer, you'll work closely with the release team to ensure seamless collaboration and deliver an exceptional player experience worldwide. Be heavily involved in pre-production and production so as to identify and map our localisation needs Ensure that our DEV practices incorporate internationalization and global mindset as part of the core planning Clearly communicate the goals of your projects to leaders to achieve constant partner alignment across the organization Manage localization efforts in a multidisciplinary team through all stages of development lifecycle and through live production Manage external Localization vendors, improve processes, manage expectations and keep a constant close eye on quality output Evaluate the overall localization process and quality in order to draw lessons learned and identify areas of improvement
