In 2020, Pipedrive received a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners, a global investment firm that invests exclusively in enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses, making Pipedrive the fifth unicorn from Estonia.We're looking for a customer marketing manager to join us in our Lisbon office and lead and execute customer marketing strategies across multiple lifecycle stages, with a particular focus on retention, engagement, and advocacy.
This role is central to optimizing customer journeys, driving long-term value, and enhancing customer experience by delivering impactful communication strategies and customer stories.
In this position, you will get a chance to work with our awesome sales, product, customer success teams and brand teams on various campaigns.
