The “Using Shared Data” domain works on multiple projects (IFRS9, FINREP, Bale 4, ESG, Loan Tape Standard,.) ranging from the construction of reporting solutions to access to different data for users.

The Shared Reporting Space (SRS) datawarehouse meets the regulatory requirements of the Reporting streams for financial accounting, credit risk and liquidity risk.

It forms the basis of the “Filière Unique” and is therefore at the heart of the IT environment of the Finance & Strategy and Risk Functions.

The domain consists of about 35 people, internal staff or external assistants, with both functional and technical expertise.

As a member of the team, you will contribute to an ambitious programme whose objective is to rely on a common, shared and unified sourcing of Financial and Risk data, the “Filière Unique” to cover existing and new reporting processes, increase agility within the scope and reduce reconciliations.

You will participate in the projects to extend the SRS functionalities as part of the Group Chain process dedicated to the IFRS9 process and will propose solutions for accessing innovative and relevant data for the users of the Finance and Risk teams.

You will be part of an agile, multidisciplinary team of functional and technical experts as a Business Analyst, shared between Paris and Lisbon.

**Your Main Activities Are**

Understanding business processes and issues

Be a proposal force to design innovative solutions to allow the most advanced automation of reporting processes

Contribute to the validation of the product with end users, taking care to check their adherence at each stage

Contribute to change management and support the users throughout the year

Monitoring treatment progress and provide user support during closing periods

Be an actor in an agile organization by actively contributing to rituals, definition and prioritization of backlogs and continuous team improvement

You will have the chance to interact with many IT Group stakeholders, as well as with all the Group’s businesses, entities and reporting teams

You will have a good functional understanding of financial reporting and processes

Through this position, you will have acquired/reinforced a good knowledge of the Group's organization and of the Finance and RISK functions, of the IT processes, thus enabling you to move to other functional activities or IT within FRESH, IT Group or, more broadly, to the Finance & Strategy and RISK streams.
