- Promote and develop the implementation of Lean culture;
- Coordinate and manage continuous improvement projects;
- Organize and participate in internal and regional workshops;
- Organize and conduct training in Lean methodology to empower managers and employees;
- Monitor the execution of the defined plant vision.

**Your Personality**
- Academic background in Engineering;
- Experience between 3 to 5 years in the area in the automotive sector (preference);
- Black Belt (preference);
- Good knowledge of Lean tools (5S's; VSM; Hoshin Kanri; Lean Logistics; Problem Solving Tools and Methods; Zero Defect Principle; Visual Management);
- Fluent in English (verbal and written);
- Good IT skills;
- Good communication skills.
