**A SUA FUNÇÃO**:
O profissional a admitir será responsável por:
- Definir e implementar a estratégia de comunicação digita, garantindo uma experiência uniformizada nos formatos digitais e articulada com os formatos offline;
- Definir, implementar e otimizar a estratégia de social media, com objetivo de fomento de notoriedade e crescimento de comunidade;
- Articular com a agência de gestão de redes sociais, a implementação de uma estratégia que dê resposta às necessidades do negócio, alinhada com marca e com os objetivos de performance, promovendo a promoção de um plano de conteúdos always on;
- Fomentar a uniformização dos guidelines de marca nas comunicações digitais, garantindo a personalização de cada formato de acordo com as suas características e melhores práticas;
- Apoiar a estratégia de performance com uma estratégia complementar de notoriedade;
- Otimizar e definir guidelines de gestão da conversação em redes sociais;
- Formar as equipas de apoio ao cliente e community management na gestão da conversação em redes sociais;
- Articular estratégias de ativação de marca em contexto digital;
- Auscultação contínua da conversação online no contexto digital;
- Produção de comunicações digitais para a carteira de clientes e potenciais novos clientes (HTML).
**REQUISITOS PARA SER BEM SUCEDIDO**:
- Licenciatura em Marketing, Publicidade, Comunicação ou similar;
- Mínimo de 3 a 5 anos em funções de marketing, publicidade ou comunicação;
- Idiomas - Inglês e Espanhol (nível avançado);
- Experiência prévia em indústria de serviços de subscrição de adesão massiva ou em agências de marketing/publicidade (valorizado);
- Proficiência na utilização das ferramentas de Office, em particular, Powerpoint e Excel;
- Conhecimento básico em aplicações colaborativas como o Teams, Trello ou Jira;
- Conhecimentos / Experiência no setor da Energia e Gás serão valorizados;
- Disponibilidade total para viagens pontuais a nível nacional e internacional.
