**About the job**
- Analyze, coordinate, carry out and control operations, relating to securities activities of BGL - BNP Paribas Luxembourg, in compliance with procedures and under the best conditions of quality, time and reliability.

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Analysis and coordination of processes, related to securities activities, executed via the EOLE (European Operations Location Efficiency) platform
- Act as a facilitator and intermediary, as defined for Middle-Office EOLE employees between back office teams, relationship managers and clients
- Ensure contact with internal and external interlocutors. Contribute, through its position in the organization, to the resolution of issues/difficulties identified and raised. Respond to a request in an efficient manner
- Provide to the Back-Offices, the necessary support and documents, to process the operations
- Assuring the controls, defined in the control plan to control risks
- Report regularly on the progress of its activities to the line manager
- Reports to MO EOLE (European Operations Location Efficiency) Team Leader
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform related to quality, performance and risk control

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Degree in Economy, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
- Business knowledge, knowledge of the securities business and general banking operations is a plus
- Positive and committed attitude
- Attention to detail, proactive and initiative capacities, reliability, autonomy and dynamism with strong organization skills
- Communication skills (orally and writing), open minded and team player
- Good knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Fluency in English

- BNPP Wealth Management Middle Office EOLE (European Operations Location Efficiency) team is currently growing in Portugal. These are very interesting opportunities to join the growing PIMH family as a MO EOLE Junior Officer.
