Instructor Installation Works

Responsibilities:

- Instruction in ENERCON's own equipment and installation documentation on national and international ENERCON construction sites;
- Documentation of the instructions;
- Further instructions in the field of the installation of wind turbines;
- Accompanying the construction team during the entire construction process;
- Assessment of individual employees of the installation team for issuing the ENERCON installation certificate;
- Monitoring of ENERCON specifications with regard to occupational safety and construction documentation;
- Optimization of the installation process / the installation team;
- Participation in special projects;
- Avoiding remaining work;
- The Instructor reports regularly to the Supervisor as specified;
- In the event of expected danger or damage to ENERCON due to inadequate team performance, the Instructor informs the respective project team immediately and directly.

**Skills**:

- Minimum Level 3 electrical/mechanical qualification;
- At least of 5 years field experience of turbine installation routines;
- Managerial experience as advantageous;
- Good Knowledge in IT Tools, Office and SAP as a plus;
- Good language skills in English, German as a plus;
- High level of flexibility and geographical mobility;
- Able to work at height;
- Self-confident, proactive and team orientated;
- Driving licence.
