**The role**:The Multimedia Coordinator is responsible for ensuring content produced within TRIB3, including educational training materials, virtual tours, etc, is next-level and brand compliant. Responsible for supporting various departments in the creation and post-production of content, ensuring they are compliant brand standards. Experience with filming, storyboarding, photography, lighting, sound, editing and post-production is essential.
**Role specification**
As the Multimedia Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
**Content management and governance**
- Manage the material that is being entered and uploaded to digital systems, including Digital Chalkboard and Jukebox across product lines.
- Collaborate with product teams - Master Coaches and Trainers to discuss content presentation requirements.
- Upload and manage all materials in TRIB3/PILAT3S platforms.
- Facilitate Monthly live webinars.
**Content production**
- Create content using video, photography, graphics, illustrations and sound to improve product delivery and brand innovation.
- Film and edit content relating to Tri-annual Collection, educational materials and product development.
- Use digital programs to create visual effects and animations for various media formats e.g., films, e-books, or interactive music experiences.
**Multimedia development**
- Develop multimedia products aimed at entertaining/educating audience.
- Test information products, adjust work based on team feedback and cooperate with technical staff
**Behaviours, required experience and qualifications**:
The Multimedia Coordinator will have:
**Experience**
- Previous experience with post-production procedures, storyboarding and video editing
- Competent with IT, experience with Microsoft Office within a previous role
- Experience in various formats, including video, audio, graphic design, publishing, and computer systems design.

- Creative and passionate about media content; with a keen eye for detail
- Strong team player with excellent relationship-management and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in
- A passion for health and fitness is essential
- Must speak fluent English
