**People Data Integration Expert**
**Location: Ideally based in Europe**
**A Snapshot of Your Day**
As part of a wider HR transformation program and the spin-off of Siemens Energy from Siemens, our company is in the process of standardizing and harmonizing its HR systems and services. We are looking for a People Data Integration Expert to join our global and diverse team and to play a pivotal role in our HR digital transformation.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a business in the forefront of the Energy Transition.
**How You will Make an Impact**
- Go-to person for all data integration topics for our HR function
- Find opportunities for improvement (i.e. processes) in data exchange concepts and implementations in collaboration with Product Owners
- Handle the data integrations implementation "roadmap"
- Collaborate with technology partners and include industry standard processes to architect technology solutions needed to drive alignment of business needs and lead discussions to arrive at mutually agreeable solution options and integrations
- Act as a local authority for questions and implementation of interfaces
**What You Bring**
- Ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with a continuous improvement attitude
- First experience implementing integrations with SnapLogic or similar middleware solution
- Experience in data protection & security concepts within large scale companies with a focus on people data
- Self-directed with an ability to coordinate, plan, prioritize
- Able to coordinate and handle internal and external implementation partners
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, finance, or related field
- Self-motivated to drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and through others
