A Devoteam Cyber Trust é a unidade especializada em cibersegurança do Grupo Devoteam. Desde 2009, anteriormente com a denominação INTEGRITY, a nossa equipa sediada em Portugal é especializada em fornecer Serviços Geridos de Segurança de ponta, que combina a sua expertise e tecnologia proprietária para reduzir de forma consistente e eficaz o risco cibernético dos nossos clientes. A ampla gama de serviços abrange Testes Persistentes de Intrusão, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, Consultoria e Soluções de GRC e Gestão de Riscos de Terceiras Partes. Certificados em ISO 27001 (Segurança da Informação) e ISO 9001 (Qualidade), PCI-QSA e membros da CREST e CIS - Centro de Segurança na Internet, prestamos serviços a um número considerável de clientes, operando em mais de 20 países.

Descrição do emprego

Estamos à procura de um/a Cybersecurity Product Manager.
- Seu papel envolverá, principalmente, a gestão e maturação dos nossos serviços produtizados, apoiando o desenvolvimento de novas ofertas e monitorizando o desempenho do produto para garantir um crescimento e sucesso contínuos;
- Supervisionar e gerir o ciclo de vida do nosso portfólio de serviços produtizados, que varia desde serviços baseados em subscrição até ofertas baseadas em projetos;
- Coordenar-se com equipas multifuncionais para desenvolver novos produtos e garantir que todos os elementos do produto estejam atualizados e em linha com as necessidades e tendências atuais do mercado;
- Manter e fazer progredir o nosso modelo de maturidade de produto, garantindo que todos os serviços produtizados atinjam níveis ótimos de maturidade e em concordância com a estratégia definida;
- Analisar dados de desempenho do produto, desenvolver insights para impulsionar melhorias no produto e relatar métricas de sucesso;
- Colaborar com as nossas equipas de vendas e marketing para promover e impulsionar os nossos serviços produtizados;
- Criar e atualizar documentos relacionados com o produto, como modelos, propostas, metodologias e entregas.

Qualificações
- Licenciatura na área das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação, Ciência da Computação ou similares. Nível avançado ou certificações em cibersegurança, gestão de produtos ou outras relacionadas (preferencial);
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em funções relacionadas com gestão de produtos, preferencialmente, no sector da indústria de cibersegurança;
- Familiaridade com o modelo de Managed Services (Serviços Geridos) e experiência na sua implementação, é valorizado.
- Experiência comprovada em gestão e entrega de produtos ou serviços de cibersegurança;
- Elevado conhecimento e compreensão das tendências tecnológicas e dinâmicas do mercado de cibersegurança;
- Excelentes aptidões de gestão de projetos, com atenção aos detalhes e capacidade para realizar múltiplas tarefas de forma eficaz.
- Fortes habilidades de liderança, com capacidade para motivar e coordenar equipas multifuncionais;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal;
- Capacidade de trabalhar como parte de uma equipa;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, tanto escrita como verbal, em Português e Inglês.
