Quality Tester

**Description**:
Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile:
**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:
Manual Testing
- Design, execute, and manage manual test cases for functional, UI, and regression testing.
- Ensure thorough test coverage across all aspects of the software.
- Validate defect fixes and perform detailed exploratory testing.

API Testing (nice to have)
- Perform comprehensive API testing using tools such as Postman or equivalent.
- Create and execute test cases to validate API responses, functionality, and performance.

Bug Reporting and Documentation
- Identify and report bugs clearly using tools like Jira or similar.
- Maintain detailed test case documentation and provide meaningful feedback to the development team.

Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure quality standards.
- Contribute to team discussions, offering insights to improve testing strategies and processes.

Proactivity and Improvement
- Suggest enhancements to testing methodologies and processes.
- Stay updated with testing best practices and industry trends to drive quality improvements.

**Profile**:

- 5/ + years of manual testing experience across diverse domains.
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- ISTQB Certification ( Foundation Level or higher).
- English proficiency ( B2 or higher ) for clear and effective communication.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem - solving.
- Familiarity with Agile/ Scrum environments and testing tools like Jira or Xray.

- Strong focus on delivering high - quality results.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
