**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that the community standards and guidelines are adhered to:
1) Reported content: Assessing the list of reported community posts and deciding whether they violate the Client's terms or any other rules or laws. Violations with deletion or retention will be triggered by clicking a button—navigation and work within the in-house tool.
- Rewards/Premium check: We need to verify that actions earning users in-house credits (similar to gamification) are earned validly:
1) Document Abuse: Assess lists of documents and verify if they are or could be legit student documents. Assess complaints about documents, such as in the flagged case of copywriter violation. Navigate and work within the in-house tool and PowerBI.

2) Referrals & IP sign-ups: Check for fraud within our in-house tool and PowerBI for certain criteria amongst new users referred by a user trying to use his/her credits - going through a list and checking each asset for certain criteria.

3) The IDs of users with violations need to be shared with the German Team, or the reward process will be fully handled by the services, adding a process step by clicking confirm on a button and adding the user ID to an Excel list.
- Exams: Check the legitimacy of proposed dates for exams via our in-house tool and browse the web.
- Unpin posts: Go through an Excel list and remove pinned posts in community groups via our in-house platform. It's basically a date check and subsequent click of a button.
- Merging unis: Check whether the newly proposed unis already exist and, if so, merge with existing ones—operation from our in-house platform.

As an additional task, we will communicate with the Community Manager from the Client side, flag issues and trends, and propose improvements to the processes.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 1-year experience as Community Manager Support
- At least B1 German and English Level
- Flexibility on schedules
- Work in a hybrid setup
- Residence in the Lisbon area
