**About the job**

The Junior Project Manager is expected to take charge of the delivery of a large new office space in the coming years, providing full support to the Facilities Management Technical Leader.

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Project Content:

- Frame, design and lead autonomously the delivery of one or more projects, ensuring quality and respect of deadlines
- Manage stakeholders expectations, ensuring that projects have a proper structure and governance
- Lead workshops and meetings using relevant techniques and providing insightful results
- Deliver meaningful content bringing out-of-the-box ideas on top of classic methodologies
- Client Focus:

- Prepare, structure, and conduct project presentations to the Head of Facilities Management and BNPP Senior Management
- Develop client-tailored solutions
- Establish collaborative relationships with clients (middle and senior management) while maintaining independence and the capacity to challenge them
- Promote Facilities Management in front of BNP Paribas management
- People Development:

- Seek proactively to participate and help the team beyond the assigned duties
- Proactively offer and ask for constructive feedback
- Enhance team involvement on transversal topics related to Facilities Management development
- Facilitate the knowledge sharing within the team

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in either Project Management, Consulting, or Building and Facilities Management
- Fluency in English, with French being a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
- Commitment and ability to collaborate with others, with a results driven mindset
- Ability to anticipate business evolution, with a strong situational intelligence
- Ability to manage or facilitate a meeting, seminar, or committee
- Strong organizational skills
