A **Direção Lojas Delta - The Coffee House Experience**:

- pretende reforçar a sua equipa com um **Trade Marketing Manager **(M/F) na região de Lisboa.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Apoio das cafetarias na tomada de decisões sobre ações de Marketing a implementar e imagem no ponto de venda
- Acompanhamento da abertura de novas cafetarias e implementação das ações de Marketing aquando de cada abertura, produção dos materiais de ponto de venda; desenvolvimento de acessórios e gama de materiais de serviço
- Elaboração, em conjunto com a área operacional, de planos de concorrência nomeadamente na parte de experiência do consumidor
- Desenvolvimento, em conjunto com a área operacional, de campanhas mensais de lançamento de novos produtos, sugestões do mês, ofertas In&Out
- Participação na área de formação de Trade Marketing e serviço ao cliente para os funcionários
- Gestão com agências de produção
- Gestão plataforma digital de Marketing e gestão das plataformas da marca Gestão das plataformas de fidelização

**Perfil**:

- Licenciatura em Gestão ou Marketing, preferencialmente
- Experiência anterior em Trade Marketing em empresas de FMCG, preferencialmente
- Conhecimento em retalho alimentar
- Orientação para os resultados e foco da resolução de problemas
- Boa capacidade de análise
- Planeamento e organização, gerindo prioridades Bom nível de Inglês
