**A Snapshot of Your Day**

You start your day by participating in the daily stand-up meeting to let the team know what you are working on and whether you need some support. During the day you have meetings on Treasury/M&A projects that require preparation and follow-up. In the cash management mailbox there are inquiries about banks for which you are responsible in support. It is a fixed-term contract of 16 month.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Being a key member of different workstreams supporting the integration of the Treasury functions of Siemens Gamesa & Siemens Energy
- Advising Siemens Energy M&A teams on all Treasury related aspects in different projects from the initiation up to the execution phase
- Supporting projects such as the transformation of Treasury to a highly digitized and automated organization, as well as the implementation of the required Treasury IT tools
- Supporting the Head of Cash Management with the prioritization of different projects and optimization initiatives
- Supporting the management of in-house bank activities, including payment factory, electronic banking solutions and user management for Treasury IT tools
- Supporting the cash disposition and liquidity planning process and ensure local funding of Siemens Energy entities
- Supporting the SE entities in all Treasury matters and ensure the compliance of SE entities with Treasury policies, procedures, and controls to protect the company’s assets
- Developing and preparing reports and presentations in cooperation with cross-functional teams

**What You Bring**
- Successfully completed master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or in a related field, ideally supplemented by additional finance-related qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA)
- Convincing with proactive, efficient, and accurate way of working and at least 5 years of professional work experience in Treasury / Corporate Finance in an international company or in a similar position
- Experience in working with Treasury Management Systems (incl. ancillary IT Tools) as well as strong understanding of the Inhouse Bank, Payment Factory and corresponding functionalities
- Experience in the implementation of a Treasury Management System would be a plus
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills are necessary as well as experience in Tableau, VBA, SAP, automation through AI, machine learning and robotics would be a plus.
- Strong ability to work in a team, intercultural strength, and your ability to work collaboratively across functions in a highly demanding and dynamic environment
