David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Turkish speaking Web Product Implementation Specialist for their Lisbon office.

Position: Web Product Implementation Specialist

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform and verify the implementation of web based products with customers
- Give guidance, support, and train customers on how to use the products
- Deliver high quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in Turkish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in customer service roles will be considered as an advantage
- Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourceful personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
