**About the role**:People Function business partner

As the People Function business partner you would undertake the following functions:
1) **Onboarding and offboarding employees successfully** - creating the best possible impression of Physitrack;
2) **Working with other functions to ensure colleagues get their correct entitlements.**

3) Making best use of our new **People system, HiBob**.

4) Supporting the Head of People in enabling **Physitrack's culture**, building its leadership capability and internal communications.

**About you**:
We are looking for a brilliant person.

This role would suit a recent graduate, you will report directly to the Head of People. You will have the follow _behaviors_:

**About your manager**

My name is Jack I live in Porto with my family. I am the Head of People for Physitrack. My previous career has been in the UK Public Sector as a Senior Civil Servant. I have run large and fast moving teams. My main role will be to coach and develop you - as your wellbeing and success are my priority.

I’m driven by mission and that is why I chose to work for Physitrack - I’m passionate about improving the world’s wellbeing.

While there are certain core meetings I always try to make, I work flexibility as I value taking my son to school. As a parent, Physitrack is a fantastically flexible place to work, it is also fantastically flexible if you are someone who is studying or who has other passions and commitments outside of work.

I’m looking for someone who has the right behaviors and mindset, as I believe that as long as someone is a positive individual, who wants to learn and be part of great team, anything is possible.

We have a number of senior individuals based in Porto who you’d be able to meet and learn from. In the meantime, we work fully remotely.
- **Pay**. We’re offering a contact for €1000- €1500 Euros per month depending on the individual.
- **Leave**. As a contractor to Physitrack, we offer 20 days Personal Time Off.
