**A PPM Coachers está a recrutar para a função de Portfolio Manager**

**A tua missão**:

- Planeamento dos ciclos informáticos;
- Participar no planeamento dos diversos ciclos informáticos relativos aos portfólios de projetos garantindo o correto alinhamento estratégico e das prioridades dos projetos;
- Participar nas reuniões de macro estimação, pré planeamento dos projetos do portfólio e comunicar as decisões tomadas;
- Garantir a atualização dos portfólios de projeto de acordo com a alteração de prioridades;
- Acompanhar e monitorizar ao longo do ciclo a evolução dos portfolios;
- Monitorizar os indicadores dos portfolios de forma a acompanhar o respetivo progresso, as entregas e garantir as devidas atualizações;
- Produzir relatórios periódicos dos indicadores dos portfólios e comunicar aos diferentes interlocutores de Gestão na Organização;
- Assegurar PDSs regulares de projeto com Project Managers de forma a identificar necessidades de intervenção, ações ou alinhamento do caminho critico;
- Alertar PMs, dos compromissos dos projetos em risco de atraso / incumprimento e escalar os problemas mais complexos aos interlocutores de gestão;
- Melhoria Continua;
- Propor relatórios de desempenho do portfólio de acordo com o modelo de governo estabelecido nas diferentes situações;
- Assegurar a gestão e evolução das ferramentas e processos de gestão de portfolio;

**Requirements**:
**O que procuramos**:

- Formação superior nas área de Informática, Sistemas de Informação ou similar;
- Experiência Profissional como Portfolio Manager | Project Manager, preferencialmente em projetos tecnológicos;
- Certificação PMP e/ou Agile (preferencial);
- Bons conhecimentos de Inglês (falado e escrito);
- Elevada proatividade e assertividade;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação;
- Capacidade de trabalho e equipa;
