**Company Overview**:
Lazer Telecom is a leading telecommunications company providing high-speed internet and communication services to customers across the Algarve.
We are currently recruiting for our shop in Almancil:
- Greeting Customers: Welcoming customers as they enter the retail office, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
- Answering Phones: Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual, and providing basic information to callers.
- Scheduling Appointments: Assisting customers with scheduling appointments for services.
- Providing Information: Offering information about the company's products, services, promotions, and policies to customers who inquire in person or over the phone.
- Handling Inquiries and Complaints: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints to the best of their ability, and escalating issues to higher management if necessary.
- Processing Transactions: Assisting customers with transactions such as bill payments, device purchases, or service upgrades, and handling cash or electronic payments securely.
- Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, appointment schedules, and other relevant data using computerized systems.
- Closing Sales: Effectively guiding customers through the sales process, overcoming objections, and closing sales transactions in a friendly and persuasive manner.
- Collaborating with Sales Team: Collaborating with other sales team members and departments to coordinate efforts, share insights, and contribute to overall sales objectives.
- Ensuring Office Cleanliness and Organization: Keeping the reception area tidy and organized, maintaining promotional materials, and ensuring that office supplies are adequately stocked.
**Profile**:
- Proficiency in English (eliminatory factor);
- Proficiency in French (preferable);
- Ability to adapt to new contexts;
- Experience in the administrative/reception area;
- Sales experience;
- Skills in planning, organizing and analyzing information;
- Comply with and enforce company deadlines and procedures;
- Good computer skills - Microsoft Office;
- Dynamism, versatility, initiative, resilience, time management;
- Excellent written/spoken English (mandatory);
- Excellent level of customer service and results orientated;
