**The company where you will be working**

You will be a part of the Hays tech team working at the headquarters of a SaaS company that focuses on the next stage of optimised Mobility, based in Oeiras Valley.

**Your Tasks**

Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for the changeover of our company's domain and IT infrastructure.

Work collaboratively with other IT professionals and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the new domain and systems.

Conduct thorough research and analysis of the current IT systems to identify potential areas for improvement and enhancement.

Develop a detailed project timeline, budget, and resource plan to ensure the successful implementation of the new domain and IT systems.

Provide technical guidance and support to end-users during the transition process.

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to IT change management

Ensure RGPD and Compliance diligence during the process

**What you'll need to succeed**

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in IT change management and project management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Relevant certifications in IT change management will be an added advantage.
