Billing Process Analyst

EDP Comercial's** Operations B2C Department, **whose** **mission is to ensure the effective and efficient management of commercial cycle operations for Mercado Livre residential customers (contracting, switching, billing, collections and debt management), with a view to excellence in service quality service provided and maximum operational efficiency, contributing to the loyalty of energy customers, intends to recruit for the **Billing** area.

**Job description**
- Defining functional requirements for improvements, development and implementation in commercial systems regarding Billing process;
- Carrying out acceptance tests for changes to the system;
- Supporting training in new procedures;
- Monitoring campaigns and new services;
- Participation in projects and initiatives;
- Identifying, proposing and implementing improvement solutions;
- Monitoring the activity of outsourced resources (measuring productivity, managing the daily activity plan, controlling backlogs and service levels, etc.);
- Drawing up reports and dashboards, monitoring and controlling activity and generating timely alerts for coordination, and mitigation riskplans

**What kind of profile are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Management Engineering or another area provided you have relevant experience for the function;
- Professional experience between 2 and 5 years in the Billing and Collection Management, or similar areas;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy - mandatory;
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills;
- Working knowledge/skills of:

- Big data platforms (SAS, BO, Microsoft Power BI);
- Process improvement methodologies;
- SAP-ISU;
- Positive response to change and proactive attitude and approach (valued);
- Experience in companies in the Utilities sector (valued);
- Domain of Portuguese (mandatory);
- Knowledge of English and Spanish (to be valued);
- Domain of Office tools (in particular advanced level Excel) - mandatory.
