For our Workforce Analytics and Global Talent Attraction Teams we are currently hiring a:
**Reporting Operations Analyst**

Who will have the exciting opportunity to support the day-to-day functionality of two key HR departments, Workforce Analytics and Global Talent Attraction. You will focus on case-management, report creation, data validation, testing and configuration, primarily through ServiceNow and Workday.

This role will be based in Lisbon.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Provide operational support for two core HR Talent COEs: Workforce Analytics (WFA) and Global Talent Attraction (GTA);
- Support requests for HR data submitted through our ServiceNow case management system, while maintaining appropriate documentation;
- Triage and execute GTA transactions submitted through ServiceNow, while maintaining appropriate documentation;
- Maintain WFA report inventory and support tenant cleanliness and process streamlining - including but not limited to cataloguing reports and auditing scheduled reports and calculated fields that may or may not be in use;
- Build basic and intermediate Workday reports using Workday Report Writer, scheduling to appropriate stakeholders as necessary;
- Help build reporting test scripts as required, execute testing thereof, and document results (e.g., Workday dashboard rollouts, security roles);
- Support testing for Workday releases, system updates, and enhancements;
- Support audit administration and remediation for both Workforce Analytics and Global Talent Attraction;
- Liaise with privacy as necessary to ensure compliance (e.g., GDPR);
- Support development and maintenance of HR system job aids and training documents;
- Perform basic data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple HR data; sources to fulfill data requests using Excel pivot table and other technologies as needed;
- Keep abreast of Workday's existing & new functionality.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**

**Required**
- At least 1 year of Workday experience OR completion of relevant and pre-approved training prior to job start, resulting in:

- Ability to create basic Workday reports (simple, advanced type);
- Basic understanding of calculated fields.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables and basic formulas);
- Strong attention to detail with ability to recognize data anomalies and to escalate as necessary;
- Ability to understand and interpret requirements, collaborate, and deliver outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders;
- Passion for exceptional customer service and ability to liaise with other HR colleagues;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high degree of initiative and creativity;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and a team-mindset.

**Preferred**
- Basic understanding and/or eagerness to learn Workday core modules and technical functionality (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation) in support of WFA and GTA;
- Experience and/or willingness to learn additional workday functionalities as needed (e.g., Absence and Talent; Workday Visualization tools such as dashboards and discovery boards);
- Understanding of and appreciation for basic data privacy concepts and principles (e.g., importance of securing data at rest and in transit, ensuring data is used in a way that is consistent with the intended purpose).
