**Job Description**:
The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management across the Digital Performance & Awareness disciplines on assigned clients, manage and develop the team and serve as a point of contact with clients for Digital. Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team:
- Owns the team development process to train and develop team abilities;
- Proactively looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the clients’ success;
- Client Management: Cultivates senior-level client relationships to achieve highest level of client satisfaction/retention. Managing the relationship with different teams and clients (national and international) and defining priorities;
- Team Management: Ensures knowledge-sharing across teams and engages in cross-channel strategic planning;
- Guarantees standardize work output across the Digital Performance/ Awareness disciplines, securing a correct process for validation of tracking needs and setup of campaign and domain parameterization; design of format plan, creative guidance (value propositions and creative contexts), validation of requirements and approval of creative formats;
- Secure a correct process for the setup, implementation, and structuring of campaigns on the different platforms: Google Ads (Paid Search, PMax, GDN, Discovery, Youtube), Paid Social, Display, Affiliation, and other existing biddable platforms. Secure a correct monitoring / optimization of Digital Marketing campaigns considering the defined KPIs and management of automated rules;
- Presentations: the ability to build narratives based on hard data, oriented to problem-solving (good oral expression skills will be valued);
- Capability to ensure digital quality assurance over team’s work processes + best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and solid knowledge of Analytics and attribution models, with 2-3 years leading Digital Teams.
- Understanding and focus on clients' business/communication strategy and clear understanding of setting and monitoring KPIs (Brand Awareness, Consideration and Conversion);
- Farsightedness in diagnosing the multi-sector market and ability to identify opportunities and barriers to accelerate clients' business growth in the short, medium, and long term (all-funnel perspective);
- Critical sense, discipline, organization skills and ability to meet deadlines, proactivity, and team spirit;
- Proven experience in using tools related to Digital Marketing activity (e.g. Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, SA360, Google Campaign Manager, Sizmek, Weborama, Google Tag Manager, **Google Looker Studio**, Datorama, PowerBI, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.);
- Degree in Management and/or Marketing preferred.
