Estalished in 2020, our Global Business Services (GBS) is located at the heart of Porto (Hipercentro Areosa Business Park), where our 300+ employees provide support on a global level within areas of Finance, Procurement, HR and IT (to name a few).

**The Role**:
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide specialized user support for our Service Management Application, addressing technical issues and inquiries.
- Develop support documentation and knowledge articles for user experience improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to development initiatives.
- Creates entry data forms and process flows to support business activities.
- Monitors service status and availability.
- Runs cyclic Quality Controls on ongoing activities in the SMA.
- Interacts with stakeholders from the entire GBS and local team structure.
- Provides end user trainings to functional users in the local sites.
- Provides BackOffice user training to all new joiners of the GBS.
**Who you’ll be**:
To be successful in this position, you will have proven experience in Service Management Application.
**Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required**
- University degree (preferred but not mandatory) in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of Financial activities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical functionality.
- Previous experience in user support (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Bootstrap (desirable but not mandatory).
- Strong written and oral communication skills (English is mandatory).
